The Van Weel-Bethesda Hospital is a regional hospital that provides specialist medical care for the residents of Goeree-Overflakkee, western Voorne-Putten and Schouwen-Duiveland.
The hospital provides acute and obstetric care for the region and has 8 beds for intensive care.
It employs about a thousand employees, including more than 120 medical specialists.
